A310 to Boston

Azores Airlines, former SATA International, brought their Airbus A310 to Madeira on a flight from Boston (KBOS/BOS), which arrived in the morning.
Here are some photos from the departure back to the origin as flight S4 2209.

A Blue Travel Service and a Falcon 50

After a few years trying to add Travel Service's HA-LKE (which was the O2 logojet) to my collection, finally today it happened. The airplane arrived from Warsaw as flight QS 7324 and flew back to Warsaw as flight QS 7325.
Another surprise of the day was the visit of the Portuguese Air Force Falcon 50, that performed a few touch-and-go landings before heading to Mainland.

TUIfly's Logo Jets

On this post I bring to you two of the six TUIfly logo jets. 

After missing them on their first visit to Madeira Island, I had some luck last Tuesday since both the CEWE.de and the ÜBÄRFlieger logo jets returned to FNC / LPMA, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

(Airbus 310)²

It's been a while since the last time I saw an Airbus 310. Fortunately this week we had two at LPMA/FNC. The first one, from SATA International, came on a Monday (02/04/12); the second, from White Airways, came Friday (06/04/12) but only after about three and half hours off schedule. Initially it was expected to arrive at 18:00(local) then delayed to 19:30(local) and again to 21:30(local). This meant that I had to get my tripod so I could take a photo to the airplane.

Curiously this Airbus was in SATA's fleet until 2005, in the same year it went to White Airways.
