Fly Hello

Last time we had an Fly Hello airplane in FNC / LPMA was back in 2008, as far as I can remember. Back then the fleet of this small airline was composed only by MD90, fortunately I had the luck to photograph one on those days. HB-JIC was the one, it's currently flying (since 2010) to Delta Airlines with registration N918DH.

For joy of the local spotters, including me, a few weeks ago Fly Hello began to make flights (after a long stop) to Madeira Island from EuroAirport Basel - Mulhouse - Freiburg.
The airline is still small, the bad news is that they've ditched some of the MD90, kept only two and added four A320 to the fleet. Now is just keep the hope that they'll return to Madeira with one of the two 'MadDog' still in the fleet.
Last Thursday, May 17th, was the day of the flight from LFSB, it arrived with a couple of hours of delay, probably to avoid the two hour strike of the Portuguese ATC.

Enter Air and Saturday Traffic

Here's another post with traffic from last Saturday (May 12th), this time at the afternoon. The highlight, at least for me, was the Enter Air because it was first for me.
This is a relatively small Polish airline with a fleet of nine aircraft all of them Boeing, more precisely six B734 and three B738.
For some reason I always thought that Enter Air was a French airline, mostly because although the airline is Polish the flight arriving to FNC/LPMA is from CDG/LFPG.
The flight was performed by SP-ENC former Turkish Airlines (TC-JEN) and Air One (EI-DXG).

The Belgium Gnome

Last Saturday morning we had at LPMA a Thomas Cook Belgium logojet, dedicated to a character named Plop, more precisely Kabouter Plop or in english, Plop the Gnome. After a little research I've found out that Plop is a well known Belgium TV celebrity, on a children TV show.

Condor 767-330ER

After last Thursday a Condor flight performed by a B753, that had to stay grounded, at Madeira airport, due to mechanical problems (hydraulic system), today we had a B763 also from Condor to take back to Germany the passengers from the B753 flight.

It arrived from Frankfurt as flight CFG 900 and about one hour later departed to Frankfurt as flight CFG 887.
