A310 to Boston

Azores Airlines, former SATA International, brought their Airbus A310 to Madeira on a flight from Boston (KBOS/BOS), which arrived in the morning.

Air Berlin's Football and Beer Logo Jet

This Saturday (25/04) we had at LPMA Air Berlin's logo jet 'Fan Force One'.

The logo jet was introduced by the German airline, in association with the Bitburger beer brewery, to promote the 2014 football world cup in Brazil.

Monarch on Double

After a pause, for a few weeks, from plane spotting and after seeing that today there was two scheduled flights of Monarch to FNC, I went till the aiport to take some photos of the two airplanes.
The G-OZBK arrived from Gatwick as flight ZB 746 and G-MRJK arrived from Birmingham as flight ZB 982.

Funny that both airplanes are ex Dutchbird (DBR / 5D)

A Blue Travel Service and a Falcon 50

After a few years trying to add Travel Service's HA-LKE (which was the O2 logojet) to my collection, finally today it happened. The airplane arrived from Warsaw as flight QS 7324 and flew back to Warsaw as flight QS 7325.
Another surprise of the day was the visit of the Portuguese Air Force Falcon 50, that performed a few touch-and-go landings before heading to Mainland.
